What Are Your New Year’s Resolutions for 2015, Quantico Residents?

Happy New Year, Quantico residents! Can you believe we're already mid-way into January? We can't, either! The rapid passing of time has us reflecting on those New Year's resolutions we made before the ball drop. Some are going to be easier to keep than others, of course, but if we had to narrow down our list, these resolutions (which are totally practical and attainable!) would be at the top:
1) Drink more water.
Adequate hydration is said to improve mental clarity and digestion, curb appetite, and improve the appearance of skin. As an added bonus, this is one resolution that shouldn't be too difficult to keep!
2) Live in the moment.
Instead of always focusing on what's on the horizon, we're going to try to be more mindful of the present moment. Spending more time with family and loved ones is part of this resolution.
3) Start a new hobby.
Ever think about learning to knit? horseback ride? hike? do yoga? There's no time like the present! This year, we're going to try out those new activities and workshops we put off in 2014. Who knows? We might even make some new friends in the process!
